Climate control retro fit

Is it possible to retro fit one of these

The normal answer to this question tends to be "anything is possible if you throw enough money at it" - doing this conversion would be a SERIOUS project.

Don't go there. I've did it on an old Lupo 3L several years ago. I'm never gonna do that again.
