Intermittent wiper setting.

When I push my wiper stalk up one to use intermittent setting the wipers don't come on. The wipers work on any other setting. Any advice on what I need to get this sorted would be great!

Have you got an auto dimming mirror/rain sensor?

I have neither of those. Could it be a fuse or something?

Interesting. No, its controlled by the convenience module under the dash

What setting have you got the intermittent wipe lever on ie the one on top of the wiper stalk(4 positions)

I have tired on all of 4 of the settings still no luck.

Its behaving like a rain sensor is fitted.

Have you got VCDS?

I haven't got VCDS no.

Driving to work this morning I have found the exact same problem, wipers working apart from the intermittent sitting (including all four speed settings)

Did you managed to solve this or know why it was happening?
