On the Blue gt they fold in when you remote lock & unfold when you turn on the ignition,i think the gti would have a similar arrangement.

[quote="JohnPolo"]Yes I'm pleased that I opted for the sports button. I had the previous Polo GTI and the ride was firm constantly. When I got this model and with the sport button off it was so much more comfortable. So now I have the best of both worlds. Firmer or softer ride. [emoji6]

I think that the ride is very hard and I haven't even tried the sport mode yet

In non sport mode the 6C is more comfortable soaking up the tarmac than the 6R I had. That's my comparison.

Had a bog standard Golf as a courtesy car recently and yes it was not as hard as my Polo but then it wasn't a GTI.

Yeah the mirrors fold in on lock and out when you put the ignition on

Sometimes mine unfold when I unlock it but that's no problem.

Don't think I'd fancy my texts being read out especially when the women is in the motor [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Did anyone ever get to the bottom of if app connect comes with discover nav? Different dealers seem to say different things. Will be very disappointed if my car turns up with nav and no app connect.

Thanks!

I ordered the nav and then when i plugged my iPhone in to the car for the first time it came up with app connect and I hadn't ticked it on the options list so I presume it does.....I never use it personally - i prefer the functionality of the VW system but each to their own!

Thanks. I was hoping it might make Spotify seamless through the head unit rather than having to faff with my handset if I have it. Will probably always use the built in nav system as it looks pretty good.
