Hey guys I don't know if anyone is interested or i am allowed to post this on here just thought someone could get a bargain, but I found these on ebay earlier worth a look if someone is interested

These are the 25/40mm ones that are suitable for the gti as I asked the guy for the part number. I was going to get them but don't have the funds at the moment :(

If these are the same as the ones as someone in this thread has fitted, then I have to agree with the eBay seller and think the lower the rear too much.

Kind of reminds me when people used to mess with there torsion bar rear suspension and go to far on the rear.

When did you order yours mate? Just curious as I was saying few posts earlier I plan to place order this weekend, I'm already telling myself it may not arrive until June so I'm ready for disappointment :(

9 nearly 10 weeks ago.. Due to be built this week. I notice there's a few used ones popping up around now online and at VW dealers. Check for a used one first mate save yourself the wait and money! Only reason I ordered a new one was I've fully spec'd it up with just about every option

I think I'm swaying towards the idea of coil overs now. Any decent recommendations that fairly priced :) not looking to "slam" it just sit it nicely with some spacers

I'm going to wait and see if kW do a DCC version for the polo.

Seems a waste to have the button on the dash only control the one thing I don't want to have lol

I'm the same as you though, already got a price from Carwow and I have spec'd it up too! I want pretty much all the options except Sunroof and different wheels.

I ordered mine 17th October, collected 19th December - I could have had it earlier as it arrived the week before but wanted to collect in daylight, if that helps?
Although I didn't spec loads on mine.

Final before and after pic of the 20/30 (25/45 non GTI) H&R springs that I fitted a week ago now. Sounds like they're the same ones as in the eBay listing above.

Am very happy with them - I do think the front could do with being a tad lower and the rear maybe a tad higher to balance it out but I am still very happy overall.

Hope so as I do like my ST but the interior is dated and it would be nice to have some rear doors. Is the sound not great on the Polo stereo then?

I hate the layout of the Sony stereo in the Fiesta but admit the sound is pretty good.
Its not as good as the Sony one no, but then again u can turn the bass up without the plastic grills on the speakers rattling like they did on my fiesta lol
That doesn't bode well for the Polo then. I think the Sony unit in my ST is rubbish.
Seriously? I'm a sound geek and with a tiny bit of eqing the sound on the Fiesta is brilliant. The sound in the Polo is s**t, I listen to harder dance music and turning the bass up on the Polo totally clogs up the bottom end, it's almost like the bass eq has too much mid frequencies in it as well.

I do think the Fiesta sound is decent, I have the equalizer turned up by 1 or 2 on each frequency and that sounds fine to me. I'm a bit concerned as I am also a dance music fan, maybe the Polo is more for listening to Michael Buble than Above & Beyond :(

Still I don't think I can not buy a car just because of the stereo.

Maybe I haven't faffed with the settings enough. Think it is just on one of the stock settings that includes rattly speakers when you use any volume. I don't use it that often though as the rattling drives me mad.

I personally am very happy with the sound system and feel it copes well with all music, I think it's plenty enough for the average Joe who doesn't really know what there listening for
But maybe you can tell the difference going from a proper set up to this?

Anyone else getting mild condensation inside the rear headlight clusters? I have it on both of them and my car doesn't even sleep outside (although it has been out for the past 2 days).
Thinking of taking it to the dealers. My 8 year old Fiat Grande Punto never had this issue and it has the headlights a lot more exposed to the elements on the upper part of the body.
