Let me know if that pic is available, anyone reckon that's out of the repairable area?

Traffic. Drove both and preferred the dsg tbh. The extra torque wasn't noticeable with the sharpness of the dsg box.

My da had a mk5 golf gti with dsg years ago and it was significantly better than the manual equivalent.

Different strokes etc

I reckon so.

I had this happen to mine and a friend who runs his own tyre business (who I trust completely) did a vulcanised repair and I've had no issues. Image

Thanks, just spoken to a guy who used to look after my cars and he's willing to repair too, I have a service plan with VW that includes punctures so hopefully they say yes

Yes - it's when the tyre is damaged in the sidewall it's bad news. If the nail is within the main tread, should be easily repairable!

Looks decent that! The 3 in your number plate looks weird though, as if it's been photoshopped on :?

Yeah mate, link to the bulbs...
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00K ... ge_o00_s00

Have to purchase two, i ordered one thinking they came as a set but you only get the one.
Took about 10 mins to fit both! You'll need a torx screwdriver set with the 'star' shaped bits... then to take the face off, theres a metal hook that comes with the spare wheel kit, hook it in the insert on the panel then a bit of force it comes off!

Perfect, thanks for that!

Edit... Just gone to put the order through and this is my estimated delivery... [emoji23][emoji23]
