Hi guys:
After my polo had been involved in an accident, the car's power steering has not been working; the indication light is also on. However, there are no visible problems on the car. Any suggestions where the problem is or how I can fix it?
Thanks.

That must be a big glass orb, or maybe it is a bit misty, almost 2.5 hours has passed!iichel wrote:Let me check my glass orb

Re: power steering problems after crash
The electronics in my powersteering pump shortet out after driving from Denmark to Austria in the rain. There is a know fault on some of them where they aren't sealed right.
Your could be split open a bit and then shortet out aswell... So on with a new powersteering pump.

The power steering has to be reset using vagcom or some other similar type of software. Simple procedure to do.
