Ok, the set of harnesses (right and left) for RHD taillights 6C I will do for you.
I have yet to receive the parts, I guess this week.
Hello,
I am retrofitting Polo 6R tail lights to my new Polo 6C (yes, exactly opposite of what you have done ) Now, I am looking for adapters as I hate to slice the stock cables. I found ready to plug 6C adapter here but I am trying to source the adapters and get the wiring done myself. Could you please help me out with part number of the mating connector for 6C,thanks.
I was expecting this question
Polos sold here have very un-inspiring tail lights. They are nowhere close to Polo 6C tail lamps sold around Europe. Luckily, I have got my hands on brand new 6R lights at through away price, so why not.
I am now aware of an OEM part of VW that does that. X2car.de has some non-OEM connectors too, for example for their interpretation of ciclos auto-light wiring they have a mating connector for the 17-pin plug for the light switch.
What I maybe can recommend:
- extract the female terminals from the 1S0 972 706 (
- take a 535 972 723 A for putting in the female connectors
- matching 535 972 733 for the adapter wire and male terminals

Thanks for all the pointers.
I was more hoping like source male and female connectors and solder cables to the right pins. I will take this up in coming days, appreciate your response.
From now, in all Polo 6R model (Europe) can be installed automatic lights OEM " in an easier way ".
As this guide is set for Original Equipment (BCM) it is a breakthrough to facilitate the installation of original xenon headlights. In this case additional modifications in original wiring are required.
Hi Ciclo! Thank you for all your help with the process for installing the Automatic Lights on my polo!
All the process was very good, you helped me a lot, and I think the money was worth. Once again thank you!
And here is the result:
Very grateful for your comments gpeixoto109.
Good improvement with original parts, BCM Max, license plate with LED lights OEM, light-rain sensor, anti-dazzling mirror, automatic lights with CH/LH, etc... You know will have my assistance whenever you need. You are a great person.
Yes but I'm not really sure what wamba wants. He probably has a Polo with an internal gateway in the BCM. Adding a second one isn't really going to help anything, it will only not-work and add some problems.
iichel is right about this. There is no separate gateway in a Blue GT. And it can not be "after" installed. And you can not connect the Polar-Fis without a gateway which Auto-Polar has confirmed in an e-mail to me.
