Hi everyone just got a 1.2e polo and scanned for codes and can not get to the bottom of this one 18053 power train data bus p1635 35 00 missing message from A/V controller .there is no w/o on car tried clearing and it just pops straight back up

Was this a VCDS scan? If so, can you post up a full scan please

If it running ok leave it. It a VW specific code. The cars bus controller thinks it has a/c fitted by the sounds of it. You'd have to take it to the dealer to fix vdcs won't fix that. You'd be just throwing money away.

Has the car got air con fitted?

Fuel trim too rich could be a variety of things. I would just clear that error and see if it returns

Car does not have air con fitted ,have cleared codes and the air con does not clear same with mixture but I have a few things to check for that one but don't know where to start for the air con one

Air con needs to be uncoded from the car

If the can gateway option will allow you in, you need to untick the air con in there and save and that error should clear

It might also be coded in the engine coding but without digging into it I wouldn't be able to tell you where off hand
