Ciclo,iichel,
To my surprise, i managed to enable rain closing in a 3 doors Polo GTi yesterday and the BCM accepted the code. But, it only works and closes the sunroof. Not the windows. I'll share the autoscan later.

benzinkopf, food for thought:
Some time ago I've played with 09centr.electr coding and took some byte values from new polo 6R sedan 2016. With this coding:
22904ABF48E1240093380E00FE8B16F02EC8614F60862055220000000000
I'd found out the rain closing didn't work at all (I don't have the sunroof, only windows)
But with this coding
22904ABF48E1240093380E007ECB16F000C8614F60842055220000000000
It works

The diff in both your codes above:

1. Byte 12, Bit 3 = 0 "Emergency Flashing Turn Signal Active"
2. Byte 13, Bit 2 = 1 "Brake light off with ignition off"
3. Byte 16, Bit 1 = 0 "Emergency brake flashing via brake light active"
4. Byte 17, Bit 5-7 = 0 "no labels for Bit 5, 6. Bit 7="Cruise control installed"
5. Byte 22, Bit 5 = 0 "Assistant Driving Light ADL active"

If VCDS labels are correct, only changes in Byte 17-Bit 5,6 is relevant for Rain Closing to be active.

I think, but I'm not sure, that also the RLS coding somehow is involved. I can't remember where I read it though.
Since some people (firegrafik, ciclo, myself) are running a different RLS, the 5K7 955 559, maybe that also is involved?

Factory measures

Looking for a balance between performance, "comfort" and aesthetics.

My R-line: (without sport chassis -15mm)

Front Axle from factory
L: 355mm
R: 355mm
Rear Axle from factory. Basic rear springs. 6Q0511115CD PR-1JP+0YE
L: 375mm
R: 375mm

The height of the rear axle is horrendous.

With Eibach Pro Kit (for tests)

Eibach Pro Kit Front Axle
L: 330mm
R: 330mm
Eibach Pro kit Rear Axle
L:345mm
R:345mm

Good performance, but my front bumper slashing on the unusually big ramp (hill) of my garage.
I removed and sold it.

And finally and my selected option:

Front Axle from factory.
L: 355mm
R: 355mm
Rear Axle. Sport rear springs. 6Q0511115CK PR-1JS+0YE
L: 360mm
R: 360mm

Lowered -15mm rear axle.
Improves performance of the rear axle, It is very noticeable.

I'm very satisfied with this configuration of springs. Above all it is comfortable.Image
hi ciclo,
I have a question, I have on my polo the standard springs from factory (1.2 petrol, not TSI), but I want to install r-line springs -15mm.
I must change all springs + shock absorber or the shock absorber is the same of the sport chassis -15mm?
In this case this is the code for my chassis 6Q0511115CK PR-1JS+0YE?

You'll be ok if you only replace the springs and keep the shocks.

on the front axle there are many differences due to the engines having different weights.
on the rear axle the differences are a lot smaller. you basically have the 3-doors and 4-doors (4-doors is heavier, about 40kgs) and the GTI has the battery at the rear.

Just a though, would polo door modules fit/work in a T5 (2015) to them have mirrors fold on lock?
