Radio adaptor fascia for 55 polo

Hello

I went to Halfords today to pick up some parts to fit a new DAb radio in my car, i got the correct leads and they looked up the fascia plate which i got but thought it looked big, when i got home and tried to fit it, it was too big i took it back and the guy behind the counter said thats whats listed for my Car (reg number) so i am confused as to what part i need, i have had a look on line and it seems its the same one that Halfords have said but clearly doesnt fit and some reviewers online have said the same so have taken it back, Can anyone advise?

Is this a single din with a shelf you are after?

Yes Single Din

You just need a standard single din pocket to go beneath the radio. The new radio cage fits readily into the gap as the polo has a standard double din opening

Thanks for the post, This is the problem as described above, i have tried to fit the one that halfords said it was and didnt fit. it was the single din fascia i purchased and returned. It did not fit and was too big for the opening after i removed the original radio.

If there is anything youre not sure about please ask and ill try to explain, i am looking tofind the correct fascia for a 55 Polo (which isnt the one that Halfords have advised)
