Thanks for the pictures. Forget security access, you do not need this code.

From-Between 2014-2015 there are several parking units for Polo 6R, these depend on each country and model-equipment 4k - 8k (Polo, Polo Sedan, Vento, Ameo,...) 6R0 919 475 C, 6RU 919 475, 6R0 919 064 A,B,C

However all wires for supply, ground, buzzer in 16-pin connector are the same for all models despite being a different reference number, except in your case with the black wire to pin No.6. I do not know what is the black wire function, my diagrams are only until 2014. Perhaps, my good friend firegrafik (RU) could help us. Also ask to Gannu_1 (IND).

Edit:

Logically the black wire is the reverse gear signal. Image

@JapFan
You can install a BCM Max in your Roomster (7L3).

7H0937090D Z00 is the best BCM that was installed in the Roomster at the end of production (2015) for BlueMotion models. You can install this BCM with two additional wires, from instrument cluster to BCM. Also the 7E0 BCM in the same way.

Installing a BCM Max is meaningless if you do not modify the wiring of the lights in the same way as the Roomster models with start-stop system (7L6). It is not difficult if you have some experience with wirings, terminals, crimp tools, remove parts, etc... and you have Elsawin to make your own schemes. Consists in that all the lights are controlled by the BCM, a similar process is explained here for BCM Max POLO 6R.

I can help you with diagrams and coding, but I can not manufacture the wirings for your Roomster, I only have knowledges in the wiring distances and placement of them in Polo 6R.

Why do you want to install a BCM Max?

Your parking unit works properly, so I guess it is not a problem.
The problem is to know if your parking unit supports CAN BUS. Contact Gannu_1 in this forum http://www.team-bhp.com/ an excellent Indian forum. I'm sure he will help you with pleasure.

Thanks Ciclo and @Ciclo, :)

So basically from the change I can only get automatic lights hmm not sure if that’s worth it. What about something more advanced like adaptive cruise control from the T6?? 8)

Regarding wiring modification and various module upgrades I already have some past experience let’s say so that’s OK. The cornering for my roomster was already an upgrade. That was worth it because you needed only wire mods and coding. Minor challenge was to find the reverse gear bit for the corners as ross tech did not provide complete label...

What for are the 2 wires for the instruments? Will I be able then to modify adaptation channels from the KI menu? Like rain closing or turning on and off CH LH and other functions like in Golf or Octavia?

If I decide to remain with my current BCM and install RLS do you think I can get at least CH LH working? I think there is the bit to switch the CH LH to the fog lamps. These are already on the BCM directly so that should be OK. The only thing is the AUTO position of the light switch. Is there any way to run the feature manually? Because when I look with VCDS on my current BCM CH LH coding is available. Sure could by a wrong label from ross tech nothing new. But I see also live adaptation channels are active for the CH LV times so the BCM should support the function or?

Also another question is there a possibility to add OEM front parking aid? I have also a friend with Polo 2012 and he is interested in this. Maybe it would be also a valid upgrade for me.

the leaving home leaving home with the current bcm.. i think it will work through the fog lights but not trough dipped beam. since the fogs are now bcm-controlled (cornering lights). you do need the RLS, of course.
coming home will require a toggle of the high beam stick.

the extra 2 wires to the instrument will replace the old powertrain can wires. they make the new can network that is required for the IC.
i'm not familiar with any new functions in the IC, but i think it will not be the case.

OEM front and rear PDC will not be a problem. use the module from example from a golf 6 or a transporter t6. (8K parkhilfe from PQ25 or PQ35)

 OK, after a deep study, these are my conclusions:

6R0 919 064 unit does not support OPS.

So,

You have to buy a 6R0 919 475 unit (4K = rear sensors, in your case), and wires for CAN BUS.
unit e.g http://www.aliexpress.com/item/OEM-Orig ... 5fd31a7fc5

Isolate the black cable (forever). Now the reverse signal is via CAN BUS. Remove it from 16-pin connector and isolate with cloth tape.
Install the CAN BUS wires as explained.
Install the new unit.
Codify the new unit.

And you'll get the Optical Parking System. 8)
