Does this have a underplate / cover as I bought a spoiler like this but the rear screws are exposed. Please reply thanks.

The under plate or bracket you are referring to, does not come without as they damaged easily when being removed.
If you look at VW Workshop Manual, the spoiler mounting bracket has to be always replaced.

Also genuine GTI/BlueGT/R-line spoiler's are glued on, there shouldn't be any screws exposed?
