What do you mean. In VAG models I know three types of tires control is possible :
1) RKA - nondirect control. ESP control module reads wheel ABS sensors and if it found the one wheel will rotates faster than others, it will inform on IC to check the tires ( it will not inform the exact wheel to check)
2) RKD - direct control. There are pressure sensor in each tire. And control unit which reads that sensors and it will inform on IC to check the tires when it found the pressure got down.( it will not inform the exact wheel to check)
3) RKDS - direct control. There are pressure sensor in each tire. And control unit which reads that sensors and it know the position of each sensor. It sends to Mfa+ the current pressure of each wheel and the pressure limits for each tire size so it will inform the exact wheel to check if it got flat out

The Rka is available for the each Polo 6R with ESP

Maybe it worth to share that i recently downgrad my wheel from 17inch boavista to 15inch riverside. While i was on 17inch (215/45r17) before, the tpms(or RKA as mentioned by firegrafik) did warn me on pressure lost several time(seems it is so sensitive) and it does exactly as intended, where any 25% pressure lost will be warned. but now with 15inch, (185/60r15), i never get any warning eventho i do feel some tyres lost the pressure a bit.

I noticed that after changing wheels I always have TPMS warning light on my MFA.
I have 14", 15" and 17" wheels, all OEM. In the winter mode I use 14 inch wheels. I remember when I had less air in one tire (14" wheel) I had TMPS warning in my IC.
Also when I had less air in one tire (14 inch wheel) I had TPMS warning in my IC.

Ok, Many thanks, I'm trying to find out if it is related with cruise control due to some tests I did.

By other hand:
IC 6R WRC = Coding: 140E00
IC 6R (with TPMS) = Coding: 140E01

also in the ABS module, byte 17 bit 0 is off for indirect TPMS

ciclo wrote:You have two options:

1- VCDS---> Gateway--> Installation List ---> Unmark 61 (Save/Do it)

2- Install the battery monitoring unit. Click here (Thanks to ZZZhuk )
The only function that it would have in your car (which is not bluemotion) would be to have knowledge of battery parameters through the VCDS.
Also, if you want... read here more information about it (very interesting) in firegrafik logbook.

Btw, I am glad to see a BCM Max installed in your car without my help. Good job.
Today I was able to do some tests, the gateway is disabled module 61 but it continues to appear during the module list.
Another problem I found is I could not activate the TPMS in the IC. I activate the function and it saves, it does not give an error message but it does not save the change. In the past this function has worked but now it is not working, I think it has been since the BCM change.

By the way, what do I get from installing the battery monitor? It's a super easy installation.

 firegrafik solution 8)

So register address 61 again on the gateway.
Go to address 61.
Put all bytes to 00 Hex.
Now remove address 61 on Gateway.

Tell us the results.

You may need to make the ABS unit basic settings 'again' (G085). ABS coding is correct.
You may have to hold pressed (5-10 sec) the switch (TPMS) so IC detects the fault and then try to correctly code the IC again. 140A01 (as you know)
Maybe the culprit is the version/cable you're using. 12.12.0 it isn't a good version in all cases (many people same problems), purchase the original version.

BCM year?

Dear Ciclo and senior members can you please tell me is there any way in polo to roll up and down all the windows simultaneously via single hardware key while driving a car with any coding or implementation (as like with remote) .

The settings for auto roll up/down are set individually. So i believe, the signal need to be sent individually to each windows regulator motor. Theoretically however, you can replicate the signal for all if you bypass the wires from each button(on the driver's door) to a single windows switch. The electronics will just assume you re pressing all buttons at once. I'm not sure whether it will detect faults/errors due to short circuit or not. Hehe.

Ciclo do you say it could be cable 12.12? I already thought about buying version 16.8. You think it's a good buy?
I already decided to install module 61. But in the meantime I can try to see if the solution of the firegrafik.

Today I disabled everything on byte 00 but nothing happened. Module 61 appears even though it is disabled at the gateway.

What is the purpose? What sense does it while driving? Perhaps it is possible via coding ... :) (note: I have never checked this)

BCM Byte2 Bit2.
Hold down the remote button while you drive without :!: children/pets/or other kind of lively thing on board :!:.
Do this test in a safe area with no traffic.

Tell us the results

By the way :) , look in instrument cluster adaptation channels for central locking comfort function (Yes). Maybe this will help with the automatic function for folding mirrors

Tell us the results

Thank you very much for reporting. 8)

Did you do anything about TPMS?
