I'll try not to SHOUT but normally it is increased by engine mounts that are FUBAR so if you are uncomfortable with the ammount of movement I suggest (politely) that you look at those first - to me I reckon they need a bit of attention OK

and I woulnd't worry about it the movement, all of them seem to do it, annoying but just another common problem that everyone else seems to have too
