It will be loads quicker than that. That figure is with 2/3 load and a tank of fuel.

I got 9.2 out of my 100bhp with my mate in the passenger seat and 1/2 tank of fuel

once it is run in, you will be looking at around 8.5. 0-60 is not worth knowing anyway, it's 30-70 that you will use, and the pd130 does that very fast! (you only need third gear too).

chipped performance...

Well judging on the performance of my now-Revoed Fabia vRS... with a decent set of tyres, you should be able to see high 6-low 7 times to 60.. and off the clock top speed (where the law allows)

Ive got Revo.... same as what Josh has, but ive done 25k so engine is alot more free revving.. ive also got 317lb/ft of torque
Revo remaps are £499+vat there are other options too... Jabba tends to get 180-187bhp, but their rollers are very over-optimistic.
With a zorst and my soon to be installed better intake, i think 200bhp may be achiveable.

Star Performance in Kirkaldy have a fabia vRS which had 175bhp and 275lbs/ft. I can confirm having driven it, that it's is a serious weapon. They charge about 500 quid for a remap. BTW a std vRS IS quicker than a Cooper S

I'd take that with a pinch of salt. My remapped 150 with 42k on the clock and with miltek downpipe and full de-cat system ONLY managed 288lbs/ft.

The fabia with its tiny intercooler and std turbo is not capable of generating that level of torque. I would expect that figure from a car with a hybrid turbo and FMIC. To get 200 bhp that's what you need to fit.

the revo on Fabias/ibizas/polos is different to the golf version... its designed to have more torque as the car is lighter.. if you tried the same map on a golf.. the clutch and box would go bang... (tho my clutch is already fooked

If you look on the REVO website, they get more bhp and torque out of the Fabia/Ibiza/Polo PD130 than out of the Golf/Octavia/Leon.

I got 311lbft out of mine with only 2.5k miles on the clock... Can't wait till I've had my 10k service... I wonder what mine'll have then! (I've got a "JBS Special" REVO Map that isn't available to the public lol)

The engine, gbox and clutch are exactly the same on the Golfs as they are on fabias, polos and ibiza. The clutch is the same on my car as it is on yours. The 130pd has a weaker turbo and less efficient SMIC and will run a different map than a 150 would, producing less boost.

Also torque output has nothing to do with the weight of the car.

A friend of mine has a revo'd 150 and he gets nowhere near the torque figure you claim. Like me he has the miltek downpipe and system.

You should put your car on another dyno for comparison and I guarantee you won't get that torque figure.

Hahaha

We've had Revo'd PD150 Golfs against Revo'd Fabia vRS's on the same rollers and the Fabias have always come out with more torque.

Here's NikB's REVOed PD150 Golf Anniversary with a K&N Panel Filter and Milltek CatBack...

(Nik, if you want me to take that pic down, just let me know... Yours was the only printout I could find on my PC)

Neo_VR... Care to post your printout up? I would put mine up, but I've not got a scanner

Heh, I took a photo of my printout...

Remember the car had 2500 miles on the clock when this dyno run was done, and as you'll know, the PD engines are really tight until after 10k Miles.

Here it is anyway:
