Post by MaDwArLoCk »

Hi guys! :)

First of all I can confirm that Battery Regul. was guilty in my problems with light :!: :!: :!:

Now I'm finished installation of the Bi-xenon headlights! :D
Image

Everithing is working, only LED's looks like dimmed all the time. They are not changing brightness when i switch to parking lights or low beam...

I've used instructions for codding which was included to Xenon adapters:

Ciclo, could you please advice me something about coding :?:

That coding is not correct...

Time: the indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole.

Maybe tomorrow or another day I'll tell you what the correct coding is ... and if you're a good boy I'll tell you more hidden codings ... Image

Simple? Please, illustrate us.
Again I gave you some clues to achieve your goal, I'm sure you'll find a way to increase the brightness of Leds license plate lights. :)

This coding is OK - DRL dimming working!

I will try this one now:

I insist, this coding is not correct for Bixenon headlights.

24B02BBF48E3240093300F916CEB1ED05AC0672F60053041200000010000 , this could be a perfect BCM coding for your 6R configuration.

I activated the Byte27 Bit2 (03Hex) to know its behavior once you installed the bixenon headlights and the BCM was coded for them.
It is the PWM for DSIP & SL (E20) as you can see in the vcds fault, in your configuration of BCM + wires installation has a strange behavior.
If your Dimmer works correctly, no problem ...

You can add more functions (e.g the previous links I post, etc...) but you can never enabled the Byte12 Bit0, in Europe it's illegal to drive with the side/parking lights only, except in the Scandinavian countries.
This would be possible if you have the light switch in the 0 position and the Byte12 Bit0 enabled, ...and if you are not aware of this circumstance (it is possible) you may cause an accident/incident due to poor lighting of your 6R (for all other drivers).

In any case, (tip) whenever the weather conditions allow, always keep the light switch in the AUTO position.

You can be sure ciclo knows this better than I do. His coding is probably the good one. I know a lot, but not the fine details such as PWM control of the lights. Trust him.
