Rear Parcel shelf

At the weekend whilst clearing out my garage I folded the rear seats in my car down and put the parcel shelf in the hall way. After several trips down to the dump I cleaned up the car then found out my cats have been using my parcel shelf as a scratching post. Cheers thanks alot, totally gutted.

I may either buy a new one or just put up with it, see how things go.

Beware cat owners.

I kinda knew what this topic was about before I opened it

Same thing happened to me a couple of months after I got mine. The cat jumped in the car while I was hovering the car out and hand a nice old claw

Luckily, It wasn't too bad and I was able to get away with evening the trim down with some sissors.

I new parcel shelf costs about 30 quid I think

Just a tad frustrating when your cats play who can climb the highest.
