how actually i can remove the pins from this 14pin connector 1J0973737?

Normally there must be slide lock in between. but from this connector, i cant find ways to pull the pins out.

Interestingly. Actually i cant find the right parts for my RLS wiring cover because I bought the rear view mirror + the 2 piece cover for the mirror hinge and RLS. so I made the simple part to cover the wiring to the roof.iichel wrote:Benzinkopf, I just had a brainfart. And a long story.
Here in Europe, winter is coming fast. Brace yourself.
There is a big interest in the CH/LH and auto light wirings in the Netherlands and Switzerland. But many people don't have the RLS.
The best and nicest option is definitely changing the windscreen to accommodate the sensor and the automatic dimming interior mirror.
Some people with an early 2010 Polo 6R and climatronic are lucky, since it has the humidity sensor built in.
Many others with the normal mirror are not so lucky.
However it is possible to buy the bracket separately to hold the sensor.
Could a 3D printer make a nice cover? Then one can glue the RLS onto the windscreen, i.e.behind the mirror, and cover it with a custom cover for the backside of the RLS and the wiring.
Once you have tested (multiple times) that my wiring looms for your BCM max, Light Assist and Automatic Lights are made for bomb tests ... OMG!!!...benzinkopf wrote: Wed Nov 29, 2017 10:32 am But just a question, since now my fog lights is directly control via the switch (not bcm) is that means i will no longer have the coding for fog light functionalities? e.g. the foglight on while reverse?
Haha. how stupid i am. thanks ciclo for the reply! now my reverse front light is the static cornering light!!! how cool.ciclo wrote:Once you have tested (multiple times) that my wiring looms for your BCM max, Light Assist and Automatic Lights are made for bomb tests ... ... the fog lights ON while reverse never was possible in Polo 6R.
However, Static cornering lights ON while reverse are in different places, in fog lamp or Bixenon headlight in additional lamp.
A lamp can perform several functions depending on how it is managed.
Typical example: parking lights and side lights through the same bulb.
nope. i always tested to code with ignition ON only. not sure why.
Based on simple search, the wheel based difference between the new beetle and polo is around 67mm. considering the system is reading with such parameters, the height adjustment calculation will be 2.8% off. so to speak for 1 degree aiming, it will go 1.03 degree or 0.97 degree instead.
