Help please no dash lights won't start

Hi all I have a 02 9n with issues it cut out after I drove to work. Would not restart!!!! Done my day got back in it started! drove nearly home stopped again (2miles) no dash lights cranks over fine won't go () got it towed home left overnight woke up tyred it started fine all lights good any ideas greatly appreciated thank you

I don't think that attempting to perform a remote diagnosis will work very well here, better to seek local professional advice or get them to fix it.

After whacking the dash a couple of times it came back on!!! on closer inspection the passenger side plug had dry joints on the solders I burnt them in again fixed thanks to all
