Is this correct for the 9n?

PCD OF 5 X 100 MM WITH AN OFF SET OF 38MM

Yes. Is the centre bore ok? Should be 57 mm.

Doesn't the offset/ET vary slightly depending on the size/width of the wheel?

yes. with 15/16 u can have offsets like 17mm etc..

while with 17s ull not get far from 30mm
