Accident with bifuel

Post by Franciswat »

Hi guys, unfortunatelly some hours ago my polo 6r bifuel parked in the street had been involved in an accident with other 2 cars. The polo aw1 parked in front of mine had been hurted in the front by a toyota auris and had been thrusted against the front of mine. My front bumper had been a little damaged and plate is dangling but I am worried because the aw1 owner told me that a loud whistle came out of my hood. I visually checked the hood (gpl rail, tubes and fiters) but did not see any damage parts; I tried to switch engine on and gpl started normally; i could not smell any gas odour. After trying the car for some meters I decided to switch to fuel for safety. Any suggestion about the reason of this whistle? I am thinking to take the car to a mechanic.

My car

Have you tried to turn on air conditioning?? Perhaps that whistle was r134 gas leak because radiator broke

Yes I would also suspect the air conditioning system.
