Post by Tahrey1043 »

Right theres this probably otherwise perfectly sweet mk2 notchback going for a penny, yes 1p on ebay.............. but can anyone tell me what the hell it is this guy is trying to tell us needs a £200 repair to get through it's MOT?

The steering lock? I dont recall that being an MOT fail point...

Hmm I wondered about that too - you can pick up a non bent one for not that much more - regardless of the mileage being a bit on the low side it's a 1996 "P" after all - its still got a while to go so I should think it might break the £800 just

I found a

1995 1.0 on Autotrader for £895, £900 and £950
1995 1.3 CL for £1000
1995 1.6 L For £1050

Still someone probably thinks they are getting a bargain......
