I’ve looked around but cannot find anything. Does the GTI+ have door puddle lights? If so are there genuine GTI hologram replacements?

None of the current Polo range has door puddle lights.
The price list used to incorrectly state they were part of the Electric Pack - available on the entry level S model only. This has now been amended and reference to puddle lights has been removed.
