Hi everyone
Was going though my Finance agreement and I've released that at the top on the page it says " Hire Purchase Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974"
But I'm pretty sure my car is on a PCP Finance as I have a Final payment of £7065
So am I on a HP or PCP

VWFS list PCP as Hire Purchase - ignore it, its just a terminology issue.
