VW Polo 6R (2011) - Headlight Bulbs

Wondering which headlight bulbs are the best for my polo? - It is a reflector headlamp so not sure LEDs will be any good.
Recomandations would be great! :)

Do you have headlights for H4 or double H7 bulbs?

When I had H7 headlights I used XERH7 55W Dectane bulbs, they were a bit whiter and shone well,
