Rain Light Sensor, RLS, Volkswagen Vento

Hi, seeking help on my installed RLS, 5K7 955 559B. I have installed the RLS accordingly, but the problem I have faced was the headlight will turn on, but other parts like instrument cluster and steering wheels light will not turn on.
Below photo are when auto mode, no instrument cluster and steering light. Manual mode is normal.

Also, now when I code it as 0728DD, it says coding accepted, but when open again, it's still the original code, is there anything wrong with my rls?

It's finally done! Thanks to a friend of mine Alvin, he instructed me to change the adaption channel 69, value change to 1. Wonderful!
