Coolant leak

Hi all , hope your enjoying the hot weather! Just wondered if anyone could help. My wife has a 2003 1.2 petrol polo. It has just started leaking coolant from where the two rubber hoses enter the bulkhead to the back of the heater system. It’s not loads but needs topping up every day. The hoses look ok- not perished- just wondering if it could be a problem inside the car- forcing the coolant out in the engine bay. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jason.
