Hi ciclo,

After tossing and turning for a long time in my bed last night, I have decided to go ahead and upgrade the BCM in my car. A used BCM Max unit (VW part number 7E0937090) is available at a good price on eBay UK.

1. Will I run into any issues installing a used BCM unit in my car?
2. Will you be able to help me with the harnesses? I haven't thought yet about which features I want activated.

Thanks in advance.

I'm sincerely sorry, I no longer manufacture more wiring looms for BCM adaptation or Automatic lights.

It's nothing personal, I don't have time to give technical assistance for these installations.
When installing the BCM Max, the people want to extract the maximum performance from it, asking me about all the possible electrical installations, and my mind must rest from always repeating the same things.

My mind is ready to be creative (I guess), the permanent reiteration in things is not good for my mind.
I've been doing the same for too many years, ... missing/sacrificing other opportunities.

These previous words are not addressed to anyone in particular, it is one of those feelings that should not be written in the forums.

Have you asked firegrafik or many forum India users where they bought the BCM Max? Maybe they can help you.

No problem, ciclo. I completely understand. I have read a number of threads on this forum, and I am aware of the time and effort you put in once you commit to an upgrade project. I am sure it is draining, and leaves you with little time. Take care.

To tell you the truth, you have done me a favor. I have already spent a fair bit on my car since I bought her in July 2018. I recently purchased a house, and money is tight right now. After a lot of thought, I told myself that I would invest in the BCM upgrade only if you agree to support me. So a part of me is secretly relieved that you refused.
