Windscreen wiper arms/window rain strip

[Aybesea]

I got a problem with my driver side wiper as it is shuddering on certain part of the windscreen so i replaced them, but it is still the same .I have come to the conclusion it's the wiper arm,or the glass is not smooth.I was going to swap the arms over but they are different, what would happen if i adjust the spring underneath as it seems i can extend it to another hole? ( more pressure)
Also after all this rain it seems i got water in my left door(bottom) as i can hear it slopping about ,so i think i might have to renew the black window strip ,but before i do that i would like to know if possible if that can be manipulated insitue to press harder on the passenger door glass. Not sure if i can get that part anymore and probably a a pain job to replaceif i got a new one.
