Where can I find the technical service manual for Polo GTI 2019?

Anyone knows where I can get the service manual? Download or purchase is fine.

VW have paid service with manuals and el. schematics and maybe even parts. it is kinda pricey though. But they offer unlimited printing in paid time. Althogh There is so much informations that in 10h I printed (into pdf) maybe less than 25% of all documents. There is a also other way. VW offline software called ELSA (schematics and manuals) and ETKA (parts) shoud be around 60gb in total. If iam right it is not legaly obtainable but latest leaked ELSA I saw had database around middle of 2017 and ETKA is online updatable. Iam pretty sure it is not allowed to post anything like that here so ...
