Still waiting to hear if they are going to take responsibility for it or make up some bull s**t excuse.
It's always someone else who damages your car never yourself. Well that's true in most cases
So they should IMHO - no wonder people lose faith in dealerships these days...... None of my cars have seen a dealer since 1991 (apart from being parked outside when I collect parts and thats not very often as my local *coughs* V**xhall dealership delivers all my parts for free) and to be honest I'm happy to keep it that way - at least if I do it myself I know it's been doneSqueaks wrote:My car was picked up and towed away to be repaired yesterday and I have received it back today.
