Can any one tell me which one radio carrier frequency in this bcm 7E0937090C

No that's impossible to tell without knowing the Z-code. It can be either 434MHz (Rest of World) or 315MHz (North American region)

Well it says T6 Cali so it comes from a Transporter T6 California. They have not been sold in the USA but they have been sold in i.e. Mexico. So that still doesn't really help.
