Ha, ha! Can’t say I’ve ever had that problem (yet) in any car I’ve owned, although I suppose you should never say never! With advancing years, I suppose it might become a problem in the future - hopefully not 😂.

As a follicly challenged 30 something year old, I avoid leather seats - when it’s winter my heads cold and when it’s summer they burn my head!

Or have dirty fingered children who spill milk on the seats. I never did get rid of the sick smell 🤢
