Vw polo 2012 1.2 tsi seat belts

Hi guys just wanted some advice, the front 2 seat belts of my vw polo 2012 are very slow when retracting.

Is this a common problem?
Any ideas on how to fix them?
Any ideas of the what sort of fitting the seat belts are?
Do other cars use the same seat belt fitting, as I’m finding it very hard to find the vw polo belts?

With earlier small VW Group cars, this happened frequently, have you tried pulling them out fully and jamming them in case your car is leaking and these belts are getting wet?

Next plan is to spray silicone onto the end of the fully extended belts, some people used furniture polish, but keep it away from the section that will be covering users body as it could mark/stain clothes.
