I hope it's no one on here.......

Really liked the following quotes

"This is a very popular model of VW having had several modifications to the vehicle giving it an eye-catching appearance yet still retaining VW styling, if you don't get stopped by the police or get a speeding ticket within one week of ownership i'll be gobsmacked!!!!!!!"

And

"I have driven this vehicle for about 75 miles and can only describe this as AWESOME, you will be very tempted to get a speeding ticket just to see what the car can actually do (mph). The car has not thrashed nor abused but well looked after by it's previous keeper."

So he's had it a long time then

apparently it's got...
Extra bhp mod to engine to give it more power
yeah... such as?

hmmm, stock red Mk4 with awful morrettes meant for a different coloured car, with whats probably a maxpower chip, a K&N (maybe), fartpipe, and factory fresh vw alloys.

the best part of 4 grand, even for a t-plate? on your bike sunshine.

Damn

I sold my MK4 1.4 CL (1999 T) for £4500 3 years ago!!!

If they're going for £3700 now, I recon I was robbed!

Mine had a stainless Piper exhaust, Eibach springs and Seat Ibiza side skirts when I sold it (the dealer told me to strip the rest of the interesting bits off).

Good one!

Anyway, sounds like this bloke is a car dealer.

There was something to the advert that had me worried:
Hand-polished pedals

Nice if you fancy losing control when your feet cant grip those ooh-so-shiny pedals

EDIT: Ahhh, he means pedal extensions. That and the fact I misread it

Karl.
