This should help you. I have my dash cam wired up as the below. I require 12v constant and ignition for parking mode on the cam hence the two connections.
I would recommend using fuse piggy backs if you don’t know what you’re doing. Can’t remember what they’re connected to because I used a multi meter. Look at the fuse diagram if you wish.Image

I need a constant for my camera for the parked sensor.
I do have a piggy back mini fuse, its were to plug it in, will test with a meter if i can do like your picture, an just plug in to a single pin like in your picture for a constant 12v to run to the cam.
If so I will save the piggy back for the amp on wire. Your picture is what I am looking to end up with. once I get a chance to attempt it on Wednesday.
Were do you put your earth, I see this Topic and just cant work out were he means, it is a 6r model not 6c like mine..
viewtopic.php?t=69137
or I can multi meter around till I find one close?
The amp will have to wait for now as I need to wait on the T Harness.
I also have a 12v converter and a single fuse holder.

I didn’t use two connectors because I only had one, otherwise I would’ve used both. It doesn’t matter in my case as the fuse was unoccupied.
In terms of earth you should find a bolt behind the dashboard if you pull of the side panel. Just earth it to that.Image

The reason i picked the amp i did as it uses speaker level inputs and senses that and switches the amp on.

So amp just needs power and speaker input to work.

If i was doing it again I'd use the vibe mini amp as it does the same but that includes a 12v remote turn on output iirc

Dash cam is all wired up, it had a rear parking cam that I had to connect to the reverse light live, after testing was the black and blue wire, my camera has a park mode g sensor too, so not sure if need constant power so have contacted the camera people, see what they say. The rear panel by the driver side rear door too boot, The roof is glued at the top of the pannel to the roof lining so could not remove, else would of damaged the roof else all other trims popped off. When I popped of the panel at the front on the dashboard like in you last picture maeco_polo a small round clip fell not sure were it's from.
Oh and my car is a 6R, my mistake :)

Of course, can thank Garmin for that one.
Nice work with the camera. Correct, it would make sense for the rear one to require constant power.

Not the rear one the main camera is at the moment powered constantly, which am unsure off.
The rear camera just needs to trigger when you enter reverse, that way you only get the parking lines when in reverse. That's why i connect to the black and blue wire in the rear light. and that catched me out i forgot i only have 1 reverse light

Just connect the red lead from red plug and yellow one to one wire, and connect it to reverse positive. And black wire from the red plug to.ground ( brown wire in car) coming from.tailights.

And on you headunit you will have input for reverse plug, and recerse triger wire. Conect the red wire from the yellow plug to reverse triger wire on your radio.

Hi all
anyone know something I can use to quick connect the amp like a plug, as will be removing often as a small boot.
Seen lots of connectors but we'll it's for the amp power/ earth cable so the cable is thick. And when unconnected needs to be safe and woman proof😁

It's a 8 AWG cable I have, I'm after a male female plug connector.
Was thinking like.

Also my T Harness is here, not looked at it fully, but what colour are the rear left/right speaker wires, and the one with the black line is the negative?
