Steering Wheel

Does anyone know how to remove the standard vw steering wheel on a 2000 6n2 Polo GTI ?

I have a Momo steering wheel ready to put on but aint quite sure how to get the standard wheel off.

I'm not sure what to do regarding the disconnecting of the airbag, i cannot find a fuse or anything to cut the power to it to remove it.

Hmmm...can't be of much help here...anyone else can help this poor chappy out? Anyway, whats wrong with the standard wheel? It's pretty comfortable as it is...well not as good as an R32's...but then you'd also be Â£200 out of pocket!

Maybe you should take it to somewhere that knows what they are doing, don't want to the airbag to inflate whilst you are taking the wheel off (I hear they are damn expensive).

Sorted the problem, just decided to sell steering wheel to a mate.

I've grown quite use to the standard vw wheel too and couldn't be botherd with all the trouble trying remove it.
