South east meet

Post by GroovyCarrot »

Hi, thinking of getting a south east meet together.. I'm just south of cambridge so I'd be thinking of somewhere around the north of london, but I just want to see who'd be interested in a meet somewhere around here, and where you all are :) Let me know if you'd be up for it.

D4V1D, any idea when the car'll be done? I'm sure we can work around that, as long as it's not going to take years ;)

Excellent :) Does anyone have any ideas of a location? I could suggest places around cambridge, but I should imagine somewhere closer to london would be easier for most people. Anywhere that stands out as a great place to meet up?

Depends if a beer is required/expected in which case a pub would be ideal

Alternatively if a large car park would be a better idea - Birchanger Services

What about Lakeside somewhere ?

Big car parks there as well as being quite centralish to peeps, and also easy to find.

Cant really think at the mo my brains gone dead, but is there a sevices near to the meet of the m25 and m11. That would be pretty central to most.

The M11/M25 services sounds good, nice and central, ditto lakeside. Just depends what most people are happier with really :)

My vote will go on the services simply because it's fairly nice and close to me, but I'm happy either way :)

 i'd say lakeside only because it's closer to me BUT i don't really care to be honest, i'll still go if it's further away.
