Dsg 7 speed transmission

Hi everyone
I just bought a polo gti 2016 dsg 7speed.
I find the manual modo very hard when shift gears.
I heard is a common problem of this transmission.
Anyone has the same problem?
Any solution?

From your post it seems you might have the previous version GTI?

A 2016 Polo GTI with a 7 speed dry clutch DSG is a 6c Polo. The current model Polo GTI will be a 2018 or later car and has a 6 speed wet clutch DSG.

So yes, you have the previous generation car.
