6R to 6C Headlight upgrade help

if you want to get a pair of genuine VW LED headlights, you're already looking at about 1000 euros. keep this in mind if you consider fitting them.

I was just looking at getting some used ones on ebay as there is plenty available.

just make sure you're getting a 6C2 part number headlight since that's for RHD. 6C1 is LHD

Well that's a helpful start, buying some LHD ones would not be handy haha.

So what is next? I see several mentions of bcm codes and such, as I said I have an OBD II reader but it's a bluetooth dongle that connects to my phone or laptop, so really it's about getting the right software, are you able to advise?
