Clicking noise and flickering headlight

Hi,

My Polo has started to occasionally make a clicking sound from somewhere below the steering wheel and blinking the headlight (dimming really) as seen/heard here at around the 7-8 sec mark: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AkCyeJW65_fLg7AzD_Moy2cNK2gnzg . Can anyone point me in the direction of a possible solution?

I am far from an expert, but would suspect that it is caused by a 'Relay' clicking out and then in again :: But why exactly? Don't know........
