I'm going to look at a Polo this weekend and noticed a handful on Auto trader appear to have non-diamond cut Parker alloys, I can't find any info on them or anything about their availability?
Parker alloys were only available with a diamond cut finish on UK spec Polo GTI’s. With the mk7 Golf GTI, in some overseas markets the standard alloys are a painted / powder coated version of the standard diamond cut Austin alloys on UK spec cars. I don’t know if Polo GTI’s in some overseas markets also had painted / powder coated alloys as standard - if they did, then it’s possible the car at the link you’ve posted was a non UK spec import.
Alternatively, it could be a UK car where the wheels had suffered kerbing or other damage and the previous owner or selling dealer had them refurbished in a paiinted / powder coated finish as it’s cheaper than getting them refurbished in the original diamond cut finish.
I’m not a fan of diamond cut alloys, but IMO Parker alloys look better with a diamond cut finish than powder coated, although they’d probably look better in a different colour such as anthracite grey.

That makes sense. I went through all of the GTI/GTI+ on Autotrader and found 3 with those allows and they're all at bigmotorworld. I agree overall they do look better in a diamond cut but I could live with them like this too

I can't tell either but as all 3 of the Polo's on AT with those wheels are at the same place it does make sense they are possibly refurbing themselves as it seems unlikely they have sets of them from elsewhere.
P.s The Polo in red looks great why did you sell and what are you replacing it with?
It was on pcp and they offered me more than I owed. I needed to switch out due to getting a dog and already having kids, so the gti just didn’t cut it and with the chip shortage and offer they made I traded in for a Tiguan active they had on site.
The gti is a great car and I hope someone enjoys it.
I’d worry about the reason for the refurbs.
If it’s ‘white worm’ under the lacquer (one of mine was starting to do this) then that’s one thing.
But owners bouncing their alloys off kerbs would have me wanting an alignment check before buying.
