2018 onwards GTI any attempt theft issues?

Hands full of stuff from B+Q tonight, no having to put stuff down to find keys in pockets.
Elbow on the door button, I’m in.
Perfect.

Do your doors open automatically when your hands are full too, or do you have to put all that down to open the door?

I can unlock the door by pushing the button on the handle with anything.
Then pulling a door handle can be done with one finger, even a pinky.
Try pulling keys out of your pocket and pressing unlock with an elbow and a pinky.
TBH I’d like more cars to copy Renault and do ‘walk away auto lock’ too, that’s a great feature.

If you had the gti plus with keyless you could open the door using just a pinky, no elbow required
