I’ve not seen or heard of anyone who’s got these on a Polo. I know they fit the mk7 / mk7.5 (and presumably the mk8) Golf as some forum members over on golfgtiforum.co.uk have bought and fitted them to their cars.
The ad at first link you’ve posted states they only replace the original centre cap with part no 5H0 601 171 FOD, so you could always (carefully) remove one of your existing centre caps and check the part no. on the reverse side of the cap. The other 2 ads at the links you posted do state you can contact the sellers to check compatibility of the dynamic centre caps with your car.
£100-plus for a set of centre caps seems quite expensive for something that probably only you would notice, but it’s your car and if you want them - assuming they’ll fit - then go for it.
