Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.6TDI DSG --> OEM++ R-Line conversion
I'm actually considering transplanting the entire center piece of a Golf 7 console. This way I have some space for cups, phone, etc. Storage space is a Polo 6R is seriously lacking.

I want to big turbo swap another polo. Interested into doing it the way you did it- removing the plenum and dog bone mount.
What I'm wondering is how did you unbolt and bolt back the lower two nuts that hold the manifold ( Cylinder 1 and Cylinder 2)?
I saw you removed the oil feed and drain, so you could remove the EGR- to unbolt these two nuts. But when you went to Install the turbo, you already put feed and drain lines on it. How did you manage to bolt the manifold down (because you put egr first, then turbo) ? Is there enough room to slide in the long extension when the engine is tilted? ( room issues because dpf is in the way) ...

I think I was able to remove all the bolts without removing the EGR cooler unit including 1st and 2nd cylinder. Undo the DPF first before tilting the engine and remove the plenum so you have more space.

Re: iichels Polo 6R 1.6TDI DSG --> OEM++ R-Line conversion
I'll be using a setup with 310mmx22 rear discs from the VW Phaeton with porsche calipers. this is just for handbrake.
Is it overkill? Yep! Do I care? Nope!

And the other winter project: 2Q0 SWA/BSD radars as upgrade from my 7E0 C radars. The alternative is 5Q0 BSD radars but it is said the 2Q0 is a bit more accurate.
7E0 radars --> viewtopic.php?p=540564#p540564
The goal is to add RTA for my PDC in the Discover Media PQ, otherwise the 7E0 radars work perfectly.

Cool ichel
I have bought the radars and tried to connect it, on my desk I succeeded to access them, but when changing to pq35 it tells me “out of range”
And when connecting to my car I couldn’t access it at all

Yep I had the same regarding pq35. On the T6 forum i read some positive outcomes for retrofits to pq platform.
