Anyone recommend a quality replacement - plus I'm not sure what dia the arb is exactly as car not local / with me at present.

Ok yours has an 18mm front roll bar

You can change them by ur self.
Use a 13 mm wrench, jack stand. Put the car on the jack stand. And place the jack under the brake disc ( jack and lower it) so you can remove the two bolts ( if you dont jack it up the botls will hit the drive shaft).
You will need a screwdriver to remove it from the anti roll bar ( just dont scratch it). Pry between the cap and rubber bush. The rubber bush is easy to remove from the anti roll bar.
Cleand the cap.
Clean the anti roll bar, u can use a light layer of vaseline or silicone grease to help it seat the bushing. To place the metal cap on the bushing put your hands around subframe and press it on. Now thread the bolts in by hand. Go evenly and it will pull the anti roll bar in its correct position. Again you will have to manipulate the height of the strut assembly by using the jack.
