I want to change the wheels and tyres on my 2020 R-Line. Currently I have the default 16 inch wheels, but I find it to be not great when driving on rough roads which I do often.
What wheels and tyres do I need to buy if I want to go with the 15 inch wheels that are seen on the standard Polo's?

You would need 15 inch wheels with 185/65 R 15 tyres as fitted to Polo SE , Match, Life models.
I would expect a marginal improvement in ride quality, more cushioned.
I had a 2018 model with the 16 inch alloys and 195/55 tyres and it felt harsh, swapped to 2020 Match with 15 inch and reduced pressures to around 30 psi for a decent ride.
