Fitting golf mk5 seats into the polo with heat

Hello all,
I’ve sourced myself some leather seats out of a golf Mk5 R32.
I already know how to modify them to fit into my polo and how to wire up the airbag and electric seat adjustment.
I’m struggling however to figure out how to get the heated seats to work.
I’ve seen people do it with mk4 seats but not mk5. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction

I’m trying to do the same with the edition30 seats. I’ve seen a couple of wiring loom harness cable sets on eBay. So I’m thinking to use the mk5 wiring harness and running it to the fuse board.
