When I press the menu button it displays the clock (2 to 3 sec push)
10 sec push just restarts the unit
Can you point me in the right direction?

@Maaten,
On a facelift 2022> defo service mode is accessed by holding the MENU button for 3-4 sec of more
To get the clock displayed after 2-3 sec push and restart after 10 sec push are you not pressing the power on/off button instead?

Yeah, I mixed up the power and menu button 
Found it now, no update present in the Polo and the T-Cross.

I'm trying to make an appointment with the dealer to have the update done also because I don't have the Android Auto road maps and now the Android connection with the USB C cable doesn't even work anymore, constantly disconnecting me
