Thermostat housing

Radiator fan not coming on after a bit of investigation noticed lower pipe going to rad was cold even tho coolant temp was over 90. So have drained system and taken off the thermostat housing.

My issue 2 of the 4 bolts holding it in were a right ball to get off due to corrosion as they stripped.

Anyone know where I can buy replacement one or the part number for these so I can look
